Innaugural Benefit Ride and Pig Roast
The Spring Ride South welcomes you. Come with us as we kick off our innaugural benefit ride and pig roast for Easter Seals of LaSalle & Bureau Counties in May 2010!!!
Thursday May 13:
Pig Roast Benefit- will be held at:
the Ottawa Knights of Columbus Hall
401 W Main Street
Ottawa, IL.
Tickets will be sold for $10.00 each and your ticket enters you into a drawing for a 32" flat screen T.V. There will also be a silent auctio, a 50/50 drawing and other raffle items.
Doors open at 5:00 p.m. - cash bar and bidding on silent auction items will begin.
Dinner- 6 p.m.
Silent Auction ends - 7:30 p.m.
Winners announced of the raffles, 50/50 and Silent Auction - 8 p.m.
The Mavericks will be playing 7:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.
Anyone interested in donating craft items or merchandise for the silent auction can drop off items at Easter Seals or contact Kent at 815-228-9383. If dropping off items at the Easter Seals Center, be sure to mention that the item is for the Spring RIde South. Tickets and T-Shirts are available at the Easter Seals Centee, 1013 Adams Street in Ottawa.
Friday May 14: There will be a short ride through the area with a stop at the Easter Seals for a quick tour and anyone is welcome to ride along.

Saturday, May 15, 2010: Leave @ 8:30 a.m. from teh Farm & Fleet parking lot. Destination is Louisville, KY.
Sunday, May 16, 2010 : Leave hotel and head for Sevierville/Pigeon Forge. Our hotel is in Sevierville, TN.
Monday, May 17, 2010: Ride the "Tail of the Dragon". and 11 mile ride with 318 curves. Very Nice!
Tuesday, May 18, 2010: Ride up to Clingmans Dome in the Great Smokey Mountain National Park.
Wednesday, May 19, 2010: Start to head West for home, stopping in Louisville over night.
The ride will cost each participant a $25 donation. This fee will cover your ticket to the pig roast, a ride t-shirt, a can koozy, and a ride bandana. The ride is open to singles and couples. It will not be a "guy" weekend as in the past. It should be a great way to start the riding season with friends and family. On the return trip, we will stay in Louisville on Wednesday night the 19th. So plan on an extra night at the same hotel. They should ask if you plan to stay there on that night.

After April 30th, unbooked rooms return to the respective hotel inventory and prices are subject to change.
With the 2 nights in Louisville and the 3 nights in Sevierville, with taxes and all, it should cost each participant around $160.00 for hotels, based on 2 people per room.
If you want a room to yourself naturally it would double.
You are responsible for all of your lodging, meals, gas, etc....
