Sisters, daughters, moms, grandmothers, and girlfriends need a fun morning out on the town, well we have it for you.  The Bureau/Putnam County Health Department in collaboration with the Ticket for the Cure grant are sponsoring a free morning out on Saturday, April 25, 2009 at the Bureau County Metro Center in Princeton from 8:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.

The Ticket for the Cure grant that has been awarded to the health department is to promote breast cancer awareness, breast health and breast education.  At this expo the main goal is to promote breast cancer awareness but also to know that as wives, moms, sisters, aunts, grandmothers and girlfriends we need to take care of ourselves also mentally and emotionally.

The event will feature over 20 venfors who have donated their time to assist us with this event.  Some booths will have interactive demonstrations taking place and there will be over 20 door prizes to sign up for with the vendors.  Some of the vendors at the event will be baskets, homemade lotions, chair massages, jewelry, facial products, candles, purses, pottery, candles, cooking supplies, exercise programs, laser therapy, free blood pressure screenings, and many more types of vendors.  Many cash and carry items from our vendors will be available.

Come join the fun and enjoy the complimentary coffee, tea, muffins, homemade breads and many other mouthwatering treats.  Everyone attending will receive a complimentary gift and hopefully leave with the message that even though we are all busy with our daily routine and life we still need to take care of ourselves.
