Princeton Community Band Concert

The Princeton Community Band will perform the final concert of its 2008 season on Sunday, July 27th in Soldiers and Sailors Park, weather-permitting. The program will include marches and overtures as well as tunes by Duke Ellington and Ray Charles. This performance will feature the World Premiere of the restored version of "March White Hussars", written by Tiskilwa native Captain Ralph C.  Jack and recently restored by George Foeller. The band is directed by Jim Jones. Please note that the concert will begin at 6:00 pm. This is one hour earlier than usual in order to make way for Festival 56?s production of "Hamlet".
