OTHELLO (Free Shakespeare in the Park)

Shakespeare's OTHELLO tells the tragic story of Othello the Moor, an army general whose protectiveness for his wife is matched only by Iago's jealousy and deviousness. This classic tale of manipulation and subterfuge will be presented for free in Soldiers & Sailors Park throughout the month of July. In a special twist, this production of OTHELLO will be cross-gender cast, featuring women playing Othello, Iago, and Cassio, and men playing their wives.
