The Prairie Arts Council presents ~ "Of Time and Places" ~ The works of Pam Flanders.  Ms. Flanders grew up in rural Wisconsin and always loved drawing, sketching florals and landscapes while earning a nursing degree; but it was only after being introduced to oil paintings in 1991, that she found a better way to express that passion in an expressive and realistic style.
