Greg & Kate have recently moved to Manhattan.  Greg brings home a dog named Sylvia, who becomes a major bone of contention between husband and wife.  To Greg, she offers an escape from the frustrations and unknowns of middle age.  To Kate, Sylvia becomes a rival for affection.  And Sylvia?  The just thinks Kate doesn't understand the relationship between man and dog.  A modern romantic comedy about a marriage going to the dogs!
