DESCRIPTION:Princeton Chamber of Commerce offers Opportunities for Area Business Women The Princeton Chamber of Commerce will host a Women In Business Luncheon on Friday\, February 26 from 11:45 am   1:00 pm. The luncheon is geared toward providing women with the information that will empower them to grow and be successful in their professional and personal lives. In addition\, this luncheon will enable women to expand their network to include other influential business women in the area. Lee Ann Piano\, CEO of Noteworthy Training & Development will present \n"Becoming GREAT in the Workplace." In today's complex business environment\, you have to learn to work with people in a positive way to achieve your organizational goals. You must become aware of the differences among people\, maintain a positive attitude both individually and as a team\, create a culture of excellence\, and stay one step ahead of the ordinary when it comes to serving your customers. As a leader you are responsible for creating a climate that brings out the best in your employees. This presentation offers practical ways to bring positive change into the workplace. You will learn the G.R.E.A.T. principles for leading your team to excellence! Lee Ann is an engaging speaker and stimulating seminar leader who makes an impact on audiences everywhere. She draws from over 20 years of professional speaking\, sales management\, staff training/development and customer service. She is committed to helping organizations develop the kind of workplace culture that brings out the best in employees and their leaders. The Chamber is proud to offer area business women this outstanding opportunity. The public is invited. The cost of the luncheon is $15.00 for members of the Princeton Chamber and $25 for the general public. Each time we hold a Women In Business program\, we use a portion of the proceeds to make a donation to an area non-profit organization. Our donation from the February luncheon will be made to the Zearing Child Enrichment Center. The luncheon will be held at Wise Guys Banquet Center at 2205 N. Main Street.
