Those with Medicare must show their red\, white and blue Medicare identification card. There are no exceptions to this rule. We will not have lists or electronic equipment on site to verify eligibility.OSF HealthPlans will not bill other insurance companies for the administration of flu shots. Individuals that do not qualify under numbers 1\, 2 and 3 listed above will be charged $25. Upon request\, a receipt can be issued to enable the individual to seek reimbursemenet from his/her insurance company.Pneumococcal vaccinations will not be provided. Induviduals should talk to their health care provider to receive this vaccine.If individuals contact you regarding the flu clinics\, you can refer them to OSF Care Advantage/Care Preferred at (877) 677-8203.
