DESCRIPTION:Perry Memorial Hospital is offering a flu shot clinic December 18\, 2007 for anyone who hasn't yet received one.  The clinic will be in the White Oak classroom\, on the third floor of the hospital.  The following times are being offered: 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.4 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. The cost is $25 or $30 for a child under 9 years old who has never received a shot and infants 6-36 months because both will require two doses given 1 month apart for best immunization.
